Right now my collection includes, in order of use:
240mm Shigeki Tanaka B2 gyuto
165mm Kurosaki R2 Bunka
255MM tojiro bread knife - might actually get used more than those above tbh
8 inch Victorinox rosewood - beater
Kiwi Nakiri
Kiwi Bunka - wifes knife
