Next step of polish knife

Hello, I had been polish the knife with Shapton Ceramic Kuromaku 12k stone and polish Simichrome Metal Polish. I can see the mirror polish but still some scratch left at the knife, should i buy sand paper to finish the job. The picture can show some of the knife still not ready, any advice

Hi John, about the knife they still have some black spot and front of the knife should I buy sandpaper to remove them.
