Hey all,
Got this recently as a project knife from a friend and really like how it turned out. However personally I don't like redundancy in my collection as I already have a kiritsuke and a 240 gyuto, so thought I would put this up for sale. This knife is thinned (to perfection) by Craig from Carbon Knife Co. He did a wonderful job and I really like how it turned out. I then followed it by hand sanding all the way to 1000 grit and etched it. It also comes with it's own saya.
Handle is made from snakewood and buffalo horn. Slight scuff on the ferrule, will take a closer picture soon.
