Up for sale is a Nigara Gyuto from RSK. I am the first and only owner. Has some scratches from light use (shown in Pics attached), but never been sharpened or stropped. Initially purchased because I was looking for a good stainless steel knife with a convex geometry for good food release on acidic meals. Unfortunately for this Nigara, the CPM-M4 Blank Blade took its job and I stopped using this. Tried to sell it to my wife to use as a wife knife, but she is solidly married to a K Sab and refuses to listen to reason and science... I donno why, but I cannot part her with that stupid knife...I hate maintaining it (that and the dirty pasta spoon that her grandma used... thing is older than me its a biohazard).
Selling for 275 to CONUS shipping included.
This weighs 206g and the balance point is perfectly in the middle of the kanji.
