This one hurts, but I don't use it enough to justify keeping it (especially when I want to have Lucas make me a honyaki). This is a tall petty/small gyuto (180x50mm) in wagon wheel wrought/52100 San Mai, ~64hrc. Gorgeous half round/octagon gidgee handle with marble horn ferrule. 166 grams. Can't say enough good things about this knife or maker. Amazing cutter, great release - if you like this size, you will love this knife.

Price is $400 + $10 CONUS shipping, for an heirloom quality knife. Please provide 10 references so I know this one is going to a good home.
