Try to contact Rei hamono and make sure you’ll have SIC powder (grits changing according to the stones grit) for re-conditioning the stone.

Mine came with a SiC dressing stone when ordered through NSK.
Ordered my nsk 200 from Komon and got it with a small flat triangle stone which is similar to the 200 grit flattening stone that I bought in addition. The flattening stone does flatten it but it also requires a reconditioning or it will start burnish and stop cutting in some point (from my own experience).
