Hello from Chattanooga. I’m retired, a former Marine, then almost 30 years in chain restaurant management. I’m proud to say my granddaughter is an enthusiastic student at CIA in Hyde Park. I’m a semi serious home cook interested in learning more about techniques in the kitchen, right now the different tools potentially making the work more interesting.
