I'm looking to trade my stainless Oatley gyuto (220ish) +/- cash.

Steel: Stainless (I believe the steel is Sandvik 12c27)
Edge length: 218mm
Heel height: 63mm
Weight: 231 grams
Edit: Found a ginsan to fill the immediate need (something my wife feels comfortable using). Willing to consider trade offers than stainless.
I originally got it on sale at knife roll for $697. Setting trade value at $600. Now $525 as part of WTS thread.
