SOLD Ohira Tenjou Suita / Kitta

This stone originates from the Ohira mine. The seller claims it is a Tenjou Suita, but I cannot confirm this with 100% certainty. At the very least, it can be classified as a Kitta. This stone had fractured and has been repaired using epoxy. The outer surface is also coated with epoxy to prevent further cracking. This is a high-performance whetstone. Medium-hard and fast speed. It doesn't generate much slurry during sharpening, but there's no need to use a Nagura to create slurry. Faint Renge patterns can be observed on the stone's surface.
