Not a knife but kitchen knife adjacent. I got this off the bay ladt year. I have no idea the age but I like it. Handle is wood with brass pins and I believe the fork is forged. Doesn't say Henkels, just "Nicht Rostend." I don't know if that would help age it. Newer stuff says "rostfrei". Logo is small so it's hard to tell but it could be the 1900-1968 logo.

Nice. I’ve got the same one. No idea on age. Nicht Rostend just means no rust, i.e. stainless.

I'm just wondering when they went from "nicht rostend" to "rostfrei." They're two ways of saying the sane thing. My German is pretty bad (spent 5 years there sheltered on US military bases) but I remember that much.
I just picked up one of these as well. Carbon steel. Scoured it a bit and oiled the handle, but will otherwise leave as-is.
