Orchard Steel/Moriah Cowles 6” Chef Knife $950 obo
Gorgeous small chef from renowned blade smith Moriah Cowles of Orchard Steel. The blade features 52100 carbon steel and a stunning spalted pecan handle with mosaic pins. It has been used only a couple times and is in excellent condition. The only way to obtain a knife through OS is via lottery. These rarely appear on the second hand market. Comes with a fresh edge.
