Petty/Pairing suggestions

Looking for a petty or pairing or short utility type. 3-4inch blade. that I can put a wa handle on to match my others. Would like it to be slightly thick in the tip as it will be used and abused at work. Mostly will be used to cut open cryo plastic or slice cooked pork ribs into individual pieces. Nothing expensive just a beater I can make match my others.

Any suggestions !
