Below are two hitohira togashi knives I want to sell. I really like the knives but my collection is getting out of hand
Sad to let them go but hopefully can find someone who appreciates them and gets to use them more than I have !

1. Hitohira togashi white 1 stainless clad 270mm kurochi gyuto

Used lightly and touched up once . Gorgeous knife that I never got to use too much
Looking for 400

2. Hitohira togashi stainless clad white 1 210mmziricote handle

This one I used a little more but micro chipped it close to the tip and fixed it up so am willing to let go for 300

Great prices on great knives in the crazy excellent Togashi white 1? Wow. If these weren’t stainless clad I’d be worried about my self control. Especially that 270 being 56 tall

was inspired by this to use my Hitohira Togashi White #1 210 k tip Gyuto last night. Fantastic knife. If someone is looking for a wide bevel, it’s an excellent option, and this price is half what I paid a year ago for mine. GLWS!
