Hi all, looking to sell these knives to make room for another few.
Tanaka R2 240mm Gyuto
Great knife, bought 2 years ago and since then just been learning my knife preferences and I've barely reached for it. Realistically, been used less than 10x and sharpened once on 1000/4000 as it didn't come very sharp.
Don't have the box it came in anymore so will ship in a different knife's box.
Also just wanted to call attention to the tip on one side where I slightly over rotated while on the 4000 stone + polished a bit behind the edge. Also just noticed when taking the picture, the blade is slightly diagonal attached to the handle...looks worse in the photo than it actually is.

Extremely thin behind the edge. Only been used to cut some veggies for 1 dinner. Came extremely sharp, never sharpened. Didn't really like having a k-tip in this size.
