First is a HHH Randy Haas 240 gyuto in AEBL. Never been sharpened by me but has been used quite a bit - $275 $250
Next is a 240 TF Nashiji, used once or twice by me. Changed the handle to one by JoBone. It’s a “second” handle so has some imperfections but it’s on with glue so should be easy to replace - $325 300
Next is a 240 Apex Ultra by Fredrik Spare. Got it from a forum member who mentioned the spine was bent slightly. It was bent back to normal and is very very hard to see. Doesn’t impact performance. - $300 (SOLD)
Next is a 240mm by Knot Handcrafted in 52100 second owner. - $250 230 (SOLD)
Next is a 240 Yoshikane SKD. New handle from knifehandle37 on IG, had a spa day with a forum member and is better than ever. Light scratches from previous owners. Won’t be mad to keep this one. - $300 275 (traded)
Next is a 210mm PIE Cutlery HPWK (high performance work knife) Stainless Clad Blue 2 with a K-tip. Never used by me but has a new handle also from Knifehandle37. I’ll throw in the original Wenge handle if you really want it. - $350 300

Lastly is a 180mm Watanabe Pro 180mm gyuto. Also has a handle from Knifehandle37 but can include the original if you want it. Just came back from a spa day with a forum member as well and hasn’t been used since. Picked it up on BST but also won’t be mad if this doesn’t sell. I’m going to ask $350 for this one
