Reputable Sharpener in London

I’ve not used them for sharpening (only bought knives and stones) but looking at their Instagram they do decent sharpening work on whetstones.

I like The Hagane Seeker. You can find him on instagram. Nice bloke with a real grasp of sharpening

I've had my Moritaka sharpened by Josh at Kataba before and he did a good job. I'd use him again.

I've chatted to Saunders (Not sure if that is his first name or surname) at kitchen provisions before and he was really friendly and seemed very knowledge. Not used him for sharpening though.
