I found this thread recently. I've heard of RiteNife previously and liked what I saw. I'm interested in the VG-10 cai dao TimoNieminen posted. Sillywizard replies on the next page saying he has basically the same knife but in AUS-10. Timo also mentions the VG-10 comes in different sizes as well.
Neither of those members have been active for a while, so I can't ask them.
So I did some research and came across this. For the other, best I could manage was this ebay listing.
After finding these knives on Taobao, Shopee, AliExpress, I noticed some inconsistencies in size/weight on different listings, which makes choosing the right model difficult. I haven’t been able to find an official website with correct specifications.
I have codes for the AUS-10, but not the VG-10 so I also don't know excatly what to ask for.
So my question is, does anybody know where I can find more accurate specifications for these, with the model codes? Other knives would be useful too -I know Tools Master/Expert and Kinmen are made by RiteNife- but mostly these two.
I currently don't have all the information I need and there's a language barrier with sellers of course. Sorry if that was a bit rambly or confusing; I'm not sure how good of a job I did at explaining. I can clarify if anyone is unsure.
