up for sale is this Uddeholm Elmax gyuto, heat treated to 60 Rockwell, full-flat ground on a water-cooled belt grinder.
The oval handle, made from high quality German-made material - Juma Purple Dragon inlayed with stainless steel and green stabilized poplar, feels very comfortable in the hand thanks to fully rounded and mirror polished spine and choil.
This Gyuto comes with a custom magnetic gift box for convenient storage.
