SOLD Sakai Akimasa VG10 Damascus 220mm Gyuto

Needing to make some room and move things along. Looking to sell my Sakai Akimasa 220mm VG10 Damascus Gyuto. I am the 2nd owner, and have only used it a handful of times. It has been sharpened once by me , and only touched up on either a strip or fine stones. Edge is in excellent shape, and no where needing to be thinned. The knife has a forward balance point , and is just not the most comfortable for me, hence not using it much. If you have big hands or longer fingers it would be perfect. This is a great all day kitchen user and cuts really well, I would call it a medium duty work horse. For the price its pretty hard to go wrong, IMO.

heel to spine: 45mm
blade thickness: 1.5mm at handle
I don't have a micrometer ti measure tip thickness, but it has a good taper to it.
