Sold! For sale is a used 150mm Honesuki Kaku made by Sakai Kikumori. SK carbon steel with a black pakka wood handle. Purchased about a year ago from Bernal Cutlery in San Francisco. Used in a home kitchen mostly to break down chickens and trim boneless meat (beef/pork). Sharpened once on whetstones and maintained with cork strop. Comes with original box. Asking $80 $70 shipped within the US.

No worries, I should have specified. It’s an asymmetrical grind. About 90/10 with a right handed bias. Hope this helps!
