Want to sell a Sakai Yusuke Wa-Gyuto 240mm extra thin extra harden, Swedish Stainless, Ho-wood handle. This is the rare extra thin and extra harden (61 HRC) version, weight is only 114 g or 4.02 oz.

Condition: new, used only for 2 minutes on some vegetables to test the performance (which is amazing!)

Location: Germany

Price: 250 Euro, shipping not included
