I hope this sells quickly. One of the few knives I still think about after selling is a shihan 210mm 52100 mono… and I always like taller, longer blades…. So this is something I’d probably like even more.

If I didn’t own one already, I would be all over this offering. I have knives that cost more, but I’m not sure they’re any better. I can’t wait to use mine for squash soup next week on Thanksgiving!
