I have a Shihan Gyuto I’m listing. It has an edge of 260, a heel height of 60 and weighs 268 grams. The handle is rosewood and nickel. He did a great job on this knife. It also comes with a custom knife bag and edge protector. Used for three easy meals preps, home enviroment. I’m stacked with large wrought iron customs. Need to make a couple.

If I'm not mistaken, Shehan made three knives in that run. I have one of those three. It's just a smidge smaller (255x55). I love mine. I think he nailed the grind. And you're right, it's a really good looking knife. Someone is going to be very happy with this knife...
