Recently purchased ShiHanFineKnives $900+$25 shipment, late Nov, early Dec, less than a month old. He also thinned it on my request. I need to clear out drawer as I may not be using it. Beautiful knife, just too damn beautiful, and it wasn't an easy choice to let go. It is still like brand new as I only used it to playfully cut carrot, gosh does it CUT! Handle is a beauty to look at, pic doesn't do them justice! I am thinking of letting this go for $825, PayPal and Ship Included in the USA, and Canada (please get in touch with me).

Just to be clear, yes it is White #2, not W2. "A full-grind wrought iron clad Gyuto forged in the stack method, rather than Warikomi. The core material is White #2. Handle is reclaimed Teak and Thinwin with a nickel silver accent." As stated by ShiHan.
All the measurements are accurate as stated on site, just a small difference on weight due to thinning by ShiHan.

Blade length: 244mm

Height at heel: 57mm

weight: 242g (Its less now, maybe 210-220g?)

Thickness at handle: 4.68mm

Thickness at midpoint: 3.22mm

Thickness where the grind comes across: 2.2mm

Thickness 1cm from tip: 1.06mm

Beautiful knife! Just out of curiosity, what is the “stack method” - san mai maybe?
It's like, a couple peices, I am guessing wrought iron+wrought iron+White #2 core steel+ wrought iron+wrought iron. And then pounded altogether thus created unique looks on the knife.
