SOLD Shinko Blade Knife Sharpener + Japan/US Volt Converter

This has been sitting in my patio storage for a few years and it shows. There's rust where you screw in the lock for the stone (shown in pics) but it still locks and everything works. Sometimes it takes a second before it gets going. It comes with I believe a King 800 or 1K wheel but it came off the base. You can probably epoxy it back on. Stone has been well used but has a lot of life left. Selling with this voltage converter.

What's fair? $110 + shipping?
