What you folks using? 50-60 pounds of hot pork or chicken destined to be shredded. I've seen the double spatula tear, the double carving forks, those wild ass bear claw things. Half tempted to try a hand mixer. Anyone got a trick or a tool?

Okay yo I might actually try the stand mixer, holy **** that's genius

No haven't tried yet, just confirming that I should start in first gear (and probably wrap the thing in towels lmao)

I know this is settled, but for smaller batches of hot meat, especially if you need to pick through it, thin cotton gloves with latex gloves over them are awesome. I use this for pulled pork that’s way too damn hot but needs to be shredded. Did a bbq for 150 people and the butts took way longer than everything else. This saved my day (and hands).
