I’m looking for a long petty or short sujihiki as a slicer. I don’t have a slicer, so this is a serious inquiry - but I won’t know it until I see it. Connecticut, USA
Preferences:
-Ironclad carbon, or mono carbon, or mono stainless, in order.
-180mm-210mm edge length.
-Not a project knife, unless the project is already finished.
-Prefer wa handle, but not a deal-breaker.
-No flash necessary; no damascus, please.
-price cap $220.
