Does anybody know where I can find a nice stainless clad Chinese cleaver/slicer? Im already aware of the one Jon carries, is there anything else out there?

Takeda NAS and watanabe come to mind(not 100% sure if watanabe is stainless clad) just says iron, you could probably order one though.

Tojiro Pro F-631, stainless clad with even more stainless !

tadafusa has a blue no. 6, but i guess its a bit heavy.

I just put down the money for a Heiji.

Schanop sorta convinced me to pull the trigger. He thinks highly of his.
Otherwise, the Tojiro looks pretty nice.

I got a Heiji gyuto...love everything about it, except that it's a gyuto.
Not sure if I'd class it as a standard clad carbon knife. It acts like great carbon, but doesn't rust as much.
