SOLD Beautiful Tanaka ginsan gyuto in 210mm size. I've only used this a bit, touched up the edge maybe one time. All bevels and grind angles are as shipped from the factory; nothing has been re-contoured or altered. Really a beautiful knife with lots of figure in the wood handle. Would like to get $125 shipped in the USA, excluding payment processing fees.
Still available - Suisin 150mm high carbon steel honesuki (SKU: HSU-HCHO-150 at Korin). Literally only used this once. Just do not have a real need to dismantle whole chickens. Like new condition except for some spots of the beginning of patina - could be removed with a rust eraser or developed as a patina on the whole knife. $65 shipped in USA, excluding payment processing fees.
