Knife has only been used once to fillet a snapper. Great butchering knife and can be used for simple line prep items as it has a bit of finesse to it.
Only bought it because I have never seen this size in stock and kinda jumped on it. Every-time I think I’m going to be a collector I end up feeling bad that the knife doesn’t get used as much. I may also just get a cheaper lefty deba. Comes with original packaging. Last image is a video by the way.
