Does anyone wish to sell (or know where to otherwise acquire) a 240mm Yoshikazu Tanaka x Masaya Shimizu? I am partial to the thin grind on the knives linked below and hoping to acquire one if one ever becomes available and needs a nurturing home. Preferably looking for BNIB or barely used.
