The knifewear link shows this as blue 2 not blue super, can you confirm?
It is a good question. I recorded it as A. Super back when I bought it, it was more expensive than the one they have listed now. Unfortunately when I look at my account on their site, is just has the summary as, "Tetsujin Hamono Aogami Tanryusen Gyuto." I will try to contact them to see if I can clarify.

I've yet to see a blue super tetsujin before, only the usual blue 2. If it's blue super, that's a real one-off you have.

hould be blue 2, the knifewear listing says aogami #2 in the steel box under description, and when they were first released and since, I have only seen blue 2. An AS would be really cool though...

I was hoping to get confirmation from the vendor, but that is not going to happen in a timely way, so I am going to change it to blue #2 because I suspect I made a clerical error when I recorded this purchase into a spreadsheet I keep, thanks for pointing this out and I apologize for the confusion, it was inadvertent.

Just as an FYI, all Tetsujin knives are made with Blue 2 steel. Period. None with any other steel.
Yet!!!
