215mm long, 49.5mm heel height, 183g, 6.7mm out of the handle, 2.2mm at the mid point, 0.62mm a tad back from the tip. Handle ancient red gum.
Full disclosure, I sent this to a member here, unused, as received from maker, to see how he like the handle as he was in Robert’s books. Upon arrival he notified me the handle was cracked and the tip was ever so slightly “tipped”. He then proceeded to make some tests cuts. This shocked me as there was no damage prior to shipping so I had him send back to Robert who re-handled it and corrected the tip which was hardly noticeable. I compensated Robert for his time, material, shipping and got dinged with duties on return.
The knife comes with everything he sent me. Uchi powder, oil, and wax, and handle tool seen in the box. I leave the handle slightly loose to prevent any potential damage from shrinking and swelling during storage.
$2000 USD shipped conus.
The only trades I would consider are from Stuart Branson of Canada.
