i think it's because i cant do it with my left hand. and i cant work the cooking tool with my left hand either. gah. i need to use less ingredients and just go for it, i think. cook dog friendly foods so he can do clean up. :D

it looks so cool on videos.

You could practice since you don't get reps and free reign to make a mess like you would being green in a kitchen. Just get something you can mess around with. Dried garbanzos would I think work well, just sweep them up and use em later.

We use these for my 10 months old. Maybe you could use them while ya practice making a mess

same here....actually practicing with some dry beans or beads is not a bad idea...muscle memory forms pretty fast...

The wok toss is just the normal saute toss, no? Except you can exaggerate the motion more because the pan is bigger? Either way, you can practice with some dry beans (in either a skillet or wok) to get that muscle memory into your left hand.

Having a proper wok ring helps a lot.

i have that wok burner. i think i am going to try it. i'll use dog food kibble, since he will be on clean up duty. THANKS

i like how the pro's do the wok toss and let the ingredients richochet off the inverted wok-spoon at the same time. awesome move for fried rice.

I'm pretty good at the wok toss by now, but getting the food to land in the wok spoon/ladle? I don't think I'll ever get there.

I don't have a dog and I doubt our cats will eat enough to clean up after me
