SOLD Toyama Stainless Gyuto 240

Hey KKF,

I would like to sell my Toyama SS 240 gyuto. I purchased this in Nov 2021.

Modifications: I swapped out the ho wood handle for a beautiful buckeye burl handle made by @birdsfan (D shaped - right), I sanded and polished the choil and replaced the original finish with a satin finish.

Condition: very good but the tip is slightly rounded (came like this), few minor errant scratches in the finish. Has been sharpened a few times. Currently it has a good edge on it.

Fred did an amazing job with the handle and it fits the tang like a glove, very clean no gaps

Hand sanding with 800 grit wet/dry sandpaper and a bit of lubricant (oil or windex). I believe I etched it afterwards for the core steel to show thru
