Those who know know and up for sale is an absolute legendary gyuto. Tsubaya Tanaka Blue #1 Gyuto KU 240mm. Regrettably have to sell after discovering the PayPal funds have dwindled over the last few weeks. Trying to just pass along a steal of a deal for this gyuto. Have never used the gyuto since buying it and in exactly the same condition as originally listed here (looks like it has never been used and is in excellent condition):
