Selling my Tsunehisa 240 Gyuto, honestly I just don't jive with it. It was my first japanese knife but it's only been used 3, maybe 4 times (5 if you count me accidentally slicing my thumb open on the heel whilst putting it in a saya), never sharpened
Bought from Knife Toronto, but they no longer carry it and they don't do email receipts so I have no clue what I paid. My closest point of reference is this listing for $180 at Carbon
ASKING: $140 (+30 if you want the saya)
Will cover the first $15 of shipping, prefer Canada or CONUS

Blade Length - 245mm
Total Length including handle - 396mm
Spine Width - <2mm (sorry for lack of accuracy, had to measure it with a ruler bc i don't have callipers)
Imperfections
- Very small chip near the tip of the knife (see closeup picture)
- incredibly light patina along the carbon edge
