Selling my Unshu Yukimitsu K-Tip.
Lasery knife with a flat grind which is a pleasure to cut with. Steel is also very nice on stones.
I had planned on keeping this as a project knife in an attempt to do a full mirror polish but never got around to it. So she mostly collects dust these days.
The knife has seen some kitchen use and was sharpened approximately two times.
Asking 250$ + shipping.
Measurements -
55 mm height at the heel
245 mm edge length
200 g
3 mm spine thickness at the heel.
