Hey everyone, I am looking to trade my Watanabe iron clad 270. It is an awesome knife, but I just don't grab for the 270 beast often enough. I got this one brand new from MTC Kitchen. It is my understanding that Wat doesn't make these any more, and I doubt MTC has many left. I used it one time, it has not been sharpened or stropped. Last 3 pics in the album are current condition; it is in perfect condition with some very minimal patina. I did round the choil (it was quite sharp when I got it) and burnt the ho wood handle. I think both turned out really nicely. Also includes original box. I'd prefer to trade for something in similar, like new condition. Thanks guys!

I have one of this batch from MTC and can confirm that they are just fantastic cutters.
It’s definitely a hell of a knife. In general, preference for western makers, and i am allergic to stainless steel and lasers.
