Watanabe Pro Santoku 165mm, Aogami (Blue) steel, stainless clad, Kurouchi finish, beautiful custom Walnut Burl handle by Ben’s Bites,
Excellent, efficient knife. Tip repair. Hard to let this one go, but I’m transitioning away from Santoku and Bunka knives to gyuto only.
Excellent condition, very little use. Edge 170mm, height 49mm, weight 143g, thickness 4.9mm. $190 incl shipping CONUS.
