I just received, Benjamin Kamon 255mm Nashiji Gyuto 2 weeks or 3 ago. Looking to sell $850. Hard decision to let go but the Christmas is near heh.
Heel 56mm, Spine at handle, 6mm, mid, 3.62mm, tip .42mm. Blue and orange stabilized masur birch handle.

Used once on porkchop and veggies. There is a faint patinas, technically is still brand new.
