Ikeda Yoshikazu 165mm migaki shiro 2 nakiri. Blew my mind for how thin, light, and effective a knife could be, and turned me on to how awesome nakiris are, as well as other Japanese knife styles in general. I've still got; have never looked back since (sorry wallet). Won't ever let that thing go.

Got to mention Korin's original House of Beauties, Ms. Misono, Ms. Nenohi, "It's all because of you, I'm feeling sad and blue"

Generally I prefer convex grinds over wide bevels. Though wide bevels have their advantages. So I guess the white versions. But I generally prefer blue steel. they are impossible to come by now days so don't fall too much in love.

Yea I did my research, probably not gonna happen. Any other honyaki Gyuto you would recommend:) ?
