Can't thank the makers & shop/vendors enough for letting my passion (obsession/addiction/?) run free ... the Pro's because (IMO) they are the real backbone/roots of this niche industry and have allowed it to flourish to the point where "lowly" home cooks have access to amazing pieces of functional art!
