I'm looking to buy or trade for a Jiro Yo Gyuto, no preference on blade size at all. I've just had my second kid and would like to commemorate his birth with a knife that I have been going after for a while. For my daughter I bought a Shiraki/Carter yanagiba that I smile at everytime I use it.
