Today I’m looking to trade this BNIB knife for something shorter or sell it. I love the specs and Tanaka aogami, but the new job isn’t very big knife friendly and I’d also like some extra cash around the holidays. The stock handle is kind of cheap, so I’ll knock off some money towards a replacement. It is unused and unsharpened.
Paid $730, looking for $630 shipped and insured CONUS with the same trade value. Partial trades I’m looking for are 180mm nakiri and 180-210mm gyuto. My preference is towards middleweights with a solid feel to them.
