This one is Sakai Kikumori shironiko kasumi gyuto 210mm by Y Tanaka, originally purchased from knifewear (Sakai Kikumori Yoshikazu Tanaka Shironiko Kasumi Gyuto 210mm). It’s been used pretty infrequently, so it’s got a lot less scuffs and scratches than the other knives I have posted. I am asking $200 usd shipped CONUS

I forgot to include this in the description, but I have sharpened this knife once and did a light thinning at the same time. Other than that it’s only seen my white ceramic honing rod
