Selling my Yoshikane SKD 240mm Gyuto w/k&s Teak handle.
Yoshikane is what got me hooked on j knives so I have a few and they’re near and dear to my heart. That said, I purchased a couple other sanjo knives over the weekend and am trying to be disciplined to one in one out as I try new knives.
This knife was only used on a few carrots while I was doing a side by side comparison with another knife. Has had a light strop but never sharpened.
