Here is my first offering: 215x47 Yoshikane Tsuchime Gyuto SKD
Payed roughly 410€ (excl. shipping costs) to get this imported. Looking to get350€ 330€ for this. I would really prefer to sell this in my country or in Europe. I will pay the first 15€ towards postage. Buyers from outside of Europe please PM to discuss.

This knife was purchased from ChefsEdge Australia a couple of months ago. This knife has been used once on a cabbage and not used since then. It's practically new. I loved the cutting feeling of it and the aesthetics however it’s just not tall enough to make it my daily driver. After that I intended to gift it but that person preferred shorter knives … So it’s been collecting dust and I’d like to sell it to fund my next purchase
I need to point out that the handle was not perfectly installed. It’s not aligned properly with the blade. I tried my best to show this in one of the photos. I received it in this condition and it didn’t affect me at all because I hold my knives in a pinch grip. However if you primarily hold the handle I imagine it’s very noticeable. I didn’t bother to complain but I asked about the handle installation. It’s glued in with hot glue and not epoxy, so it can be removed and adjusted easily.
