I always get a kick out of watching "experts" sharpen knives on YouTube and I know that there has to be some "expert" cooks on there too that's worth checking out.

Anyone have any good "expert" sharpener or cook videos to share? :D

And while your opponent is doing that, you take a short step forward all D'Artagnan like and stick your rapier in their left eye socket and out the back of their skull. So much for ancient knife fighting secrets of the Orient!!!:D

Never trust anyone with a kitchen knife and "crazy eyes", that being where you can see the whites above and below the irises a la Charlie Manson or your ex-wife!!!!:D

I think the word CHEF and SKILLS are highly overrated .
and then they think there so good at it they make a video.

goodchef1, words (other than the F-word) can describe that video. With that said, I was doing everything correctly I think except I wasn't pounding on my stones hard enough with my hands.

when I saw that video, this guy reminded me of someone I know and I couldn't stop laughing. after showing it to everyone, they all agreed and mentioned the same guy.

not too many posts so I will add a few more. I wouldn't call these guys knuckleheads, but entertaining, and probably gets the girls.

I have to say, I turned this video off as quickly as I turned it on. I have no patience for this expert. Similar to reading Ken's posts.

This one is not too bad, but I bet he never heard of stone flattening. It looks like there is a dip in it.

I think that someone should have told him that the stone would work just a little bit better if it was SOAKED. I think one of use should get hammered and do our own video. I'm kind of surprised that Salty hasn't attempted it yet. Seeing how he already did the "paper" test we all remember.
