Selling a Yu Kurosaki 240mm gyuto with a custom handle in Aogami Super. Here’s original post. Sharpened this on arrival, used 3 times for dinner prep that’s it. Just not my thing, and I tend to like 210’s more and I already have 2x 240’s.

Bought at District Cutlery in 2017ish. Been one of my favorite work knives for years and has been used and sharpened repeatedly. The handle was made by @birdsfan. Comes with a bladesafe guard.
